Oven Heaters
MPS-GK's oven heaters are custom engineered to each customer's specifications and are built using proven name brand industrial components. We manufacture both direct and indirect designs.
Direct Fired Heaters
The filtered model is a standard model with a high temperature/high efficiency filter module between the burner blast plate and supply fan that cleans recirculated air from the oven. External filtered air is introduced into the heater to satisfy the lower explosion limits and the exhaust requirements of the system. Recirculated air by-passes the combustion chamber and mixes downstream, with the heated fresh air.
Indirect Fired Heaters
Indirect fired heaters provide reheated and filtered recirculated oven air. They use two independent air streams that pass through an air-to-air stainless steel heat exchanger. A combustion air transfer fan enhances the heat transfer efficiency and inhibits heat exchange deterioration. Recirculated oven air is reheated and filtered as it passes through the heat exchanger and high temperature/high efficiency filters.
